HUAWEI data box thing

Got a HUAWEI data box thing that I pay for monthly to use at my static caravan. Since lockdown I haven’t been able to go to it to retrieve the box and I’ve been paying for it.
I can’t find any way to get into contact with o2 to discuss options for e.g pausing payment.
Do you think when stores / online chats open again I’d be able to get a refund for the months I’ve been paying for it but not able to use?

Hi Lauren, unfortunately that is something you have to speak to cx services about. If you do have myo2 log in and check how long the contract is for as you maybe able to give notice.

O2 won't give you a refund just because you didn't use it I'm afraid.
