HUAWEI P30 DOESNT READ SIM CARD

Hi there about a week ago my Phone stoped working I been to a O2 store to find out why my monthly pay is right its been out of my ACC and i do t have any fees to pay, The Phone doesn't READ any SIM CARDS and it says MOBILE NETWORK is not working.. Please can someone help me with this issue.. Help.

In that case it will be under warranty so you can send it in for a repair https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/returns-and-repairs

Phone could be barred.

Where did you get it from?

Check IMEI number here https://www.imei.info/

If not barred, it will be faulty so you need to get it repaired. Best to speak to Huawei imho.

Hi thanks for reply, I have checked IMEI NUMBER and every thing seems to be fine, i got it from an O2 store I buy it together with my first contact with O2 its not been 1 year it never gave me problems until this happened.. Im paying The contact and im not even using The Phone or The SIM CARD due to this issue.. I Just don't know what to do!
