I have been trying to get in touch with o2 for hours now and the phone call just ends with the women saying bye !!!!!! I need to pay my bill but I have my phone barred desperately need help I can’t even chat online with them

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
