Hello folks, hope you can help or advise me please?.

I have ordered a Apple iPad 12 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy S21 plus 5G which have both been despatched today, I have noticed the word HAN in front of the product name, can anybody tell me what this means please?.

Many Thanks

It just means Handset /a device which needs a sim, and is just a code o2 put in front of the item number as some manufacturers looking at you Samsung have the same product name across tablets and phone

iPhone 16 Pro Max - o2 and Spusu
Xperia 1V - Spusu

Its because it needs a SIM Card, so that's how they distinguish from the non-sim devices, its just an o2 code at the beginning..
