Hi can anyone help?
I have been overcharged by O2 due to a technical issue I spoke to them last month. They changed my tariff ithout my knowledge and I have been charged over 300 pounds on a pay as you go which is usually 10 pounds a month. I can't get through and need the refund given my finances have been affected by the current situation like many others. They insited that this would not be charged last month when I spoke to them and here I am! I'm still holding but not holding out much hope for getting through.
Any tips would be much appreciated, I can't see any manes of writing to O2, any ideas.

They are understaffed so it's a waiting game really.
