Grey stripes down side of phone with pink bits in

So I have the Motorola edge and same thing is happening again grey splogges down the side with a touch of pink I don't no what do! Do I contact 02 again cause I think it's got a fault think it might be to do with the software update not sure but this is the 2nd time this has happened

Yes unless you want to deal directly with Mtorola (presuming the phone is still under warranty)
