Haven’t a clue what they are on about.

checked the date ,they mentioned.

nothing..very poor

Welcome to the o2 Community forum 

It is very frustrating when an unexpected charge pops up.  You could look at the "how to avoid accidental SMS sending" as mentioned.  You could also ask customer services.   08.00am has a reasonable chance of getting  through.
