Hi. I've had my Google pixel three for just over a year and am on a 36 month contract. The charging port has become temperamental, you need to really insert the cable with some force for it to charge and any movement of the phone seems to disconnect the charging. What would my options be? Thanks

@Charging

Check the charging port for debris or fluff and clean it out gently with a needle or cocktail stick

If that doesn't work it will need to go in for repair.

Thanks. There appears to be no debris in the port. I've carefully swept a paperclip around but there was no fluff.

Then you need to contact O2 for a repair @Charging

Use any of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The one ending 4005 appears to be the best to call.

OR take it to a local store as they are now open and they will check it out and if necessary, return it for you.
