I've just upgraded my phone and part of the package was £10 Google play reward. Can anyone confirm how I receive this? My parcel arrived today and says it should have a Google play leaflet in it but it doesn't 😞 Does this mean I'm missing a code to redeem, or does it get credited via my bill? Thanks

Due a £50 Google play voucher here, phoned up support and they're not sure how to get it either. He looked up my order and no redeeming voucher was included. He went away and came back saying it was actually 3 months of Google music but I had to direct him to the placeholder and the promotion '£50 Google Play voucher'.

 

Due a call back so I'll update the thread when I hear anything.

Thanks, that makes sense. Would have been helpful if there was a footnote or something to make customers aware of this.

Unfortunately you may find that you need to call 202 and chase it up if you don't receive it within a month....

To the thread starter, what phone did you buy as I purchased the Nexus 6P and after speaking to a 'Guru' they have told me no such deal exists for my handset, depsite what it says on the phone's store page.  Very misleading if this is true.
