Goodwill gesture

Talked to a chat adviser, very helpful and gave me 100 mins free call time as goodwill gesture however it's hasn't happened and after spending a good half hour on chat I really don't want to go through it all again.

Where are my free call mins, is nothing straightforward

Call customer service rather than chat as they have a reputation for not actioning what they promise customers

Thankyou, iv now been told the talk time has been added it just doesn't show on allowance balance, so will soon find out when I make a call, cheers
