Hello everyone 

 

Could someone tell me where i can find the goodwill gestures credited to my account by Customer Services ?

 

Ive tried to look on recent charges but its not there 

 

Any help is truly apprecaited

@LISHMANB Have you looked on your MyO2 page? When did customer service tell you the account would be credited? The account usually needs at least 24 hours to update from when you were given the information.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It will usually be in the tariff adjustment breakdown but won’t appear until your bill is generated.

Hi @LISHMANB, please do let us know if you've had any progress with this - did you find the goodwill gesture in your My O2 or are you still waiting?
