Is it easy to do with Switch Up? I have a Switch Up Bolt on which I have not used yet, and I got this phone in July before the 3rd of August Switch Up rule change, I’m on a 3 year contract for an iPhone 14 Pro, I’m looking to upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro Max as I want a bigger phone due to my eyesight getting worse, I only found out that my eyesight was deteriorating after I had the phone for a few months, I’m struggling to read the text on this phone and it’s already at the highest text size, my brother-in-law has an iPhone 14 Plus, I compared each of our phones with the largest text settings and the largest text size plus the larger screen on his phone would be great for me, some people are telling me to use VoiceOver but I can just about use this phone and I’m struggling to even type this as the text size is not big enough for my needs even though I have the largest text size though Accessibility, I’m having to use the zoom feature and it’s not ideal on the smaller screen. It’s not costing me that much more to pay for the iPhone 15 Pro Max than I’m paying for the iPhone 14 Pro.

Switch up is all done in store.
Just take your phone with you and they will asses the condition, if it meets the condition criteria you can hand it back and take a new contract with the iPhone 15.
If you choose a plus plan you can retain the switch up benefit albeit on the new 90 day ruling.
As the new iPhones are still in short supply, you may have to pay a £50 deposit to pre order one for delivery in to your local store.
