I upgraded my phone and was told as part of the summer sale I would get a £300 gift card but haven't received it, anyone else had this happen or know anything about it?

I am having the same problem myself. This is my 14th day. I have not received anything. After speaking to O2 they responded that I should have get it there and then when I made the order. I am now thinking of finding other like us and maybe even press charges if needed since this is clearly false advertising that falls under consumer rights. I will open a new subject myself as well.

If you haven't received the text or email, check your spam and junk folders, and if nowt in there then call customer services on 202 or 0344 809 0202

16 days since I bought the s22!! o2 customers services is rotten its never a UK based colleague either!! I have never received sms/email utter shambles
