Getting this when inserting new sim

Phone is locked to a different network from that which the sim is on.

If locked to O2, guide here Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card 

or contact the network that has locked it.

Or you are trying to move an esim which isn't supported by O2, so you need a new esim pack.

May be possible from your MyO2 or from any O2 store. Take photo ID.
