Hi there, I’m in a 36 month contract but want to cancel and pay what I owe off of my phone. How do I go about this? Who do I contact when you have no contact numbers during COVID19?

Hi @Bex92 

 

You can ring 202 to do this, to pay off the device in full.  You can't pay in full to cancel via My O2, Webchat or In Store, it would be 202 between 10am and 6pm.
