In addition to @Bambino's analysis, if congestion on the 4G signal is what is causing the issue, @Pipstop78, sometimes if you switch the phone's preferred network back to using the 3G network, you will sometimes get better download speeds.
It will be in your Network/SIM settings, above screenshot from a Pixel phone.

It may just be congestion in your area. If that's so, there isn't anything you can do.

You are welcome! I used to have to use this trick every day at work, @Pipstop78, switching back to 4G again when I got home, in a more rural, less congested signal, area.
