Getting network up and running

Recently lost my phone. Got the sim cancelled on Monday,. Today upgraded phone and got a new sim with the same number transferred. Have the bars showing access to network, but not able to make or receive calls yet. How long does it normally take for this to be processed fully so I can fully access the network for calls and data?

It shouldn't tale more than 24 hours.

You'll need to keep chasing customer service until you get someone who knows how to do it properly.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
