My o2 24 month contract is up in a couple of months and I want my Iphone5 unlocked in readiness to change provider, i filled out the online request and it said I would receive an email soon but that was 3 weeks ago? Does any one else have this sort of problem with them?

Occasionally things get lost in the system.
Try a non O2 sim in your phone anyway as it may have been processed. If not call 202 and ask CS to check the status for you.
You will need an EE, Voda or Three network sim to complete the unlock.

Hi @TottiMallotti and Welcome to the forum.

I would fill out another online form due to the time since you last submitted one if inserting a non O2 SIM card does not work.
