I’m trying to get hold of ANYONE from the payment management team that can help me. I’ve been made redundant and will struggle with paying my bill until my redundancy comes through. Obviously I would like to get this sorted before being cut off... please please please can someone advise me how to get in touch... I’ve tried chat..not working...I’ve tried calling..get cut off saying high number of calls... I know it’s a horrible uncertain time but I really need this help...

You can use Skype to call the 0800 number above @Lou850978 if that helps.
We have heard people get through that way.

I just normally say the payment management one that you guys quote (the first one) and say "the 0800 number above".
Didn't realise there was two!
