Getting charged £3 every month from Global Network, O2 Cannot cancel

Anonymous
Not applicable

Im frustrated now. I have no 4g on my phone. And im getting charged  £4 extra every month for something I cannot cancel. This is ridiculous. O2 have given me a number to ring to cancel the service charge. Because they are O2 and they cannot cancel it. I ring that other company and it goes straight to voicemail. Ive been promised every month by O2 that ill be refunded that charge. Still nothing!!!!

Usually any charges to you account will be due to you inadvertently clicking a link to a 3rd party site which will charge to your bill

O2 are not responsible for this as they do not know whether you authorised the charge or not.

You need to go to the supplier (Global Network) or if you cannot get an answer from them report them to PhonePayPlus

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to the forum. To be honest I have never heard of Global Network. I did google it and came up with this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O2_Global_Network

If O2 have signed you up to this service then it is O2 you need to contact to cancel.http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus If it's something you joined yourself then it's up to you to contact the company. I will leave someone else to confirm what it is you are actually signed up to? Apologies I can't be of more help...:smileysad:

@Anonymous  On doing a search, I see that there's a company called Global Network Marketing that has a Facebook page. I'm not sure if that's the company charging you, but did you by any chance visit that FB page using your phone?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
