I switched to O2 a month ago but the network is atrocious! I rarely have phone signal or 4G. I took out a 24 month sim only deal but I can’t suffer 2 years of this. Is there anyway I can get out of this contract?

@Ricky-A You may be able to cancel under the Extended Returns period, but you'll have to speak to customer service. I'm not certain if a sim only deal qualifies: Returning your device | Help & Support | O2

You can also try to reach O2 through social media to see if they can offer you advice, as wait times on the phone will probably be extremely long at this time of year:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
