At the beginning of the month I was using too much Gb on my phone (personal disasters) and so requested an increase  in Gb to 10 Gb.   On my online statement this shows it was upgraded to 100Gb (!) but my phone still telling me I am perilously close to my original 5Gb limit.   Emails also call me Philip when I am a female!    HELP   - what should I do to get this sorted as I can't find a way out of the situation

Hi @Bellanonna

You'll need to call O2.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

@Bellanonna

You need to go into the data section of your settings menu and change your data limit to 100gb.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
