To claim the galaxy watch you need a vat invoice anyone know how to hi about getting this????

For a vat invoice, you'll need to contact O2.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Buy a Galaxy S20 5G, S20+ 5G or S20 Ultra 5G from a participating retailer between 02.09.20 - 30.09.20

Open the Samsung Members app which is pre-installed on your new Galaxy S20 and go to the benefits section. Complete the online claim form, upload your proof of purchase and provide all other required information within 30 days of purchase.

Samsung will review your claim, and you will then receive an email to confirm when it has been validated.

You will receive your Galaxy Watch Active within 45 days of validation.

They sent me this today.
Please provide us with the full VAT invoice showing the retailer, product and order date.
