Good afternoon

So this morning my Galaxy z flip 4 was accidentally dropped, which affected to hinge. However when the phone was then opened, it started to bleed the screen. And the top part of the phones touch function stopped working.

This is apparently a common problem with the hinge. Can this be fixed? The outside window screen still works fine.

Also its not insured.  I've had the phone since 10th September 2022.

Main question is, how much would it cost to fix (if it can be) and is it under a warranty?

It won't be covered by warranty unfortunately.

You would need to send it in to O2 for a repair estimate, or you could contact Samsung directly for a quote.

There may be other damage which isn't apparent until the phone is assessed, hence why having to send it in to O2 for a quote.
