Typed this out already 02 systems are rubbish. But I want to claim 2nd pair of buds for my wife's phone and can't get code accepted and can't get through to speak with anyone

To update. I have 2 phones on same account we have 2 claim numbers but only mine has been accepted. What do I need to do?
