Help!!!, I just done an upgrade for my 2nd contract phone for the wife and was meant to claim for the free buds but I have stupidly deleted the emails with all the receipts and order numbers on them and can't retrieve them, how do I go about claiming the buds.

Your contract doc should be in your MyO2, under the Download and Print Bills, "My Documents" section, @MG-lover - Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? will help get you to the right area.
Failing that, a call to O2 or reach out to O2 via Social Media on the links at the bottom of this post.
