Galaxy Watch 3 remote connection issues.

1. Open wearable app on phone scroll down to Accounts and back up
2. Make sure remote connection is on.
3. Select remote connection and you will be shown what connections are available.
4. You will see an option to allow your watch to make/receive calls on behalf of your phone.
5. Go through these settings and vwallah!

It says text, email, notification, not phone calls. Have been talking to o2 for weeks still not sorted, any more suggestions?

Could you tell me how you make sure the remote connection is on in accounts and backup. I don't seem to be able to see that option. I've got a list of options under Backup and Restore but nothing related to remote connections.
