We upgraded our phones two weeks ago to the S23.

The offer was we get a voucher for £218 off Galaxy Ear Buds, so we will only pay £1 for them. 

 

I have checked all texts, emails, plus package and no code arrived. 

 

 

Anyone else having the same issues?

Yes im having the same issue I've waited over a month with lots of chats with o2 about this and all they said is the issue has been raised and a codd should be with you and to wait 5 days, I've done this 3 times now and still no joy? I think we will never get them and it's false offers what carnt be delivered.

I have been waiting 8 weeks. Got the code thus morning and it is not valid already. It feels like o2 are ripping off its customers.

48 days since my contract started with the the usual response from o2.

S23 contract started - 29/09/23

 

It's been over 30 days (48 to be exact) since the start of my contract with still no text with the unique code offering the Galaxy buds 2 for £1.

 

I understand that it was popular and stocks are limited but there are still offers available in the O2 website with this enticement.

Why still offer this knowing full well O2 cannot fulfil it?

 

The whole reason for me upgrading through o2 is that I would receive the Galaxy Buds 2 for £1. 

I would have gone to Vodafone since, at the time, they offered the a much better deal.

 

If this isn't resolved, I will be making a formal complaint to o2 and will escalate this to the Ombudsman

 

I await the standard response from one of the advisors
