Future mast plans?

I've just moved into a new-build property on the outskirts of  a decent sized town in mid-Kent, and the mobile coverage is atrocious. Is there a way of finding out whether O2 have any plans to upgrade nearby masts or add new ones? 

There are a lot of houses going up here, and it seems strange that we have such weak coverage.

Information is not available on future plans for locations, you can, however, download My Network App from O2 on your App store and report it and someone will take a look.

No, not published by O2 but check your town planning applications with the local council.
