Furloughed and trying to contact someone

I have been trying to speak to someone for weeks now due to being unable to pay my bill as I have been furloughed. I have tried all available numbers but unfortunately I am unable to get past the automated system. Is there another way ? My phone has been cut off , which is not a problem, but I would like to speak to someone who can help me set up a payment plan or something.

You need payment management Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

These guys can give you more time to pay but you may still be cut off as it is an automated system process.

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Best number to try seems to be 0800 587 4005, or 0800 902 0217

Between 8am and 8pm

I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
