Friends and Family discount

I upgraded my phone last week and was billed on the 13th for my new contract as normal with payment due 28th. My friend then got the 50% Friends and Family discount put on my account on the 16th.

Will the discount apply retrospectively to the bill on the 13th, or only apply going forward?

It depends when it was added so may have missed the first month.
It will appear as a bolt on in your MyO2 when it's active.

It depends when it was added so may have missed the first month.

If you have this then it is active and wil come off your bill.

Yea have that. Just with it being applied 3 days after the bill wad generated not sure if it will apply this month
