Hi,
It can take a little longer than 24 hours but is rare.
Once took two days for mine to settle.
Did the 02 shop do this for you instore or did you pick up a blank sim card and perform the swap online.
They {sim cards} are account specific. ie : Ones for contract and ones for payg.

Hi,
The service stops on your old sim and then starts on your new sim.
It can take up to 24 hours to fully transfer but can be quicker. Typically its down to how busy the network is.
Turn the phone off and on to help reset it.

Make a note of any calls made and O2 will reimburse you for anything billed in error once all the systems catch up with themselves.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
