Hi there
I dont know if anybody knows the answer, but is it possible to 'freeze' a contract for a number of months? Im going travelling and wont want to take it with me but will happily continue with the contract when i come back?
Thanks

No, unlesws you are a member of the armed forces going to a conflict, you cannot suspend a contract.

Re: 'Freeze' contract

Is this still the case? I'm a serving soldier due to deploy to Afghan in mid April for six and half months.
I spoke to customer services and they told me it has to be for nine months or more. Is this just for normal travels or those deploying on operations?

Have a word via Twitter @O2. I have heard of people getting accounts suspended on production of a letter from their C.O. giving proof of deployment.

Re: 'Freeze' contract

yep, you can definitely still do this if you're being deployed.
