Free wireless charger

I ordered a new phone on Friday and it came today. The deal was that I got a free wireless charger with my phone but it didn’t come with my phone what do I do about this?

@Sian381 It might arrive as a separate delivery. You could try to call customer service to ask, but it's doubtful you'll get through during this period.

Had the same issue, managed speak to someone and the free charger is if you buy an apple case with your phone hope this helps
