Free tablet with Samsung s9+

Hey guys,
I took out a contract with o2 for a Samsung galaxy s9+ on the 3rd of June and it said on the contract that with the latest Samsung's you get a free tablet which drew my to the deal so I took out the contract but still haven't received my tablet in fact I haven't heard anything regarding the product, can anyone help ?

O2 will automatically send you the tablet after 14 days (cooling off period).
You can call to chase but there shouldn’t be any need.
Most are getting their tablets around 5 weeks after taking the contract but it can take up to 54 days in total.

I got my phone on 1st June and I haven't received mine either. What I don't like I'd I don't have anything to say I am entitled to it. It wasn't on any confirmation emails or anything

I just went online and they have told me dispatch is in progress and I will get it within 1 week. I've sent the transcript to myself so I have a copy of what they said
