Does anyone know if all 0800 numbers are free on air time monthly contract please?.

Yes, all calls to 0800 numbers are free for consumers from both UK landlines and mobile phones. The caller will not be charged anything, but the business or organization receiving the call will pay the cost of the incoming call. 

• For consumers: It's free to call 0800 numbers from both UK landlines and mobiles.
• For businesses: The business that has the 0800 number pays for the call. This is sometimes referred to as an inbound call charge.

• Outside the UK: The free-calling status does not apply when calling from outside the UK; standard international roaming or call charges may apply.
