Free jabra sports pulse headphones..

Hello guys

I prefer ordered the Samsung Edge S7 on the 30gb monthly refresh tariff.

It's been 16 days since my contract was activated and I STILL can't redeem the free headphones.

Had anyone even managed to succeed yet?

All I get is:

Thank you for trying to redeem your Jabra Sport Pulse Wireless headphones. The IMEI number you have entered is either invalid or you have not waited the 14 days to redeem. For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions.

Any ideas?

14 days from purchase of the phone /contract start is when you are able to apply for the headset according to the terms and conditions of the promotion. http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/business/free-jabra-pulse-headset-with-samsung-galaxy-s7-and-s7-edge-terms-and-conditions

Edited to add: The headset promotion is run by Kondor on behalf of O2/Telefonica. There is a contact phone number for them here https://redeemheadset.kondor.co.uk/contact/

I also have had the same message when trying to redeem and i recieved my phone on 8th march. Speaking to live chat yesterday i was told today was the day i could apply but still same message

Hi, i have tried again this morning to redeem and this time was a success, once recieved i will given an update on the performance of them. Up to 5 days must be allowed for delivery bit have just recieved an email to say order has been dispatched on a 48hr signed for delivery
