I purchased a new galaxy a35 phone with offer of new galaxy ear pods and not received them 3 months later still nothing?? Is this just a scam

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

They would not have been sent automatically and should have ben claimed from Samsung.
It will be too late now to claim them unfortunately.
