I yesterday upgraded my phone to a samsung galaxy s20+ and recieved the phone today. Whilst purchasing the phone there was an offer claiming I would get a free set of galaxy buds, as long as I claimed 30 days after purchasing, a major reason I got the deal I did. Due to losing my old device I had to call o2 to sort the upgrade, very helpful and even the man on the phone said all I have to do is go on the members app when you recieve your phone and claim the buds. Recieved my phone today (4th August 2020) and there is no way to claim the buds and apparently I can no longer claim them as midnight was the closing point ? Why would they sell me the offer of getting free buds if It was physically impossible to claim them without recieving my new phone? Very frustrated as this was a major factor in choosing this deal , and is there any way around this ?

You could call O2 or Samsung directly @SamB1
If it finishes today then you should be able to claim up to 12 mn.

Thank tou for the link i was unable to find that, do I now have to wait 30 days to be able to claim as there is no Galaxy buds on promotion in the members app yet?
