Free Samsung Galaxy earbuds not received

When I bought my new phone, a Samsung Galaxy S23, on 24th September, it was with an offer of free Samsung Galaxy earbuds. I have still not received these, or a link to order them. When will I get this?

If you bought phone in Sept, this is the offer relevant to you. (there is a new one running but that is for S23 bought from Oct 4th.
