Free 3 month Disney+ has cancelled my existing subscription

Well like most others i got the "text this number" for 3 months free disney+ as a special gift from 02.

I did that and they cancelled my current disney+ added as an extra and have not enabled disney+ again 😞

If you go into your 02 and look in extras it says click here to activate, which then tries to find a webpage that does not exists, so you get a 404 error.

SO i'm stuck, disney+ says i have not got a subscription and o2 is not enabling it.

[abusive language removed], i bet i'm not the only one fuming that your paid subscription is now dead as well !!!
