Hi, I've just upgraded to the p30 pro with the offer of free 3 earbuds but I haven't received any information on how to claim them. Does anyone know how to do this please?

Thanks for your help. I'm now being asked for a proof of purchase in order to claim the free 3 ear buds. However I only have emails from o2 with my contract agreement, is this OK to use?

You can print your recent orders from your MyO2 to use as proof of purchase.
