Someone has set up 4 accounts using my address, and not paid their bills. I now keep receiving letters from o2 requesting payment and threatening further action, despite having told o2 customer services numerous times that this person has never lived here (I am the only person who ever had). I have asked for my address to be removed from these accounts but they have refused. I don't understand why o2 are refusing to help - does anyone have any advice?

@maeve1244456 First thing you should do is report this to the police:

Why is O2 saying they won't help? You need to ask customer service to pass this to their fraud department.
