I've been the victim of fraud on my account and for some reason o2 not bothered to contact me after I've reported it and now sending me latest bill worth over £300 and going take that out my bank by direct debit!! I am livid and disgusted with the lack Customer service and am seriously considering leaving o2 after being a customer for 15+ years!!!

I would call the Payment Management team on 0800 912 0207 and discuss it with them.

The fraud team will not always contact you, as it depends on the case, it could be that they have found you liable for the charges, but I am just guessing the only people who can help are o2.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If I were you, leave o2. They are unethical and selling your data to others and charging you for it.
