I applied for a contract and was declined 02 have been holding my deposit payment for over 72hours nearly a week they are lying staying they cannot cancel this payment when I asked the first time someone said they did they hold this money for there own business gain it’s outrageous

O2 can't return is as they don't have it.

The money is moved from your bank account to a shadow account pending collection. If not collected, it is returned to your cleared funds.

The timescale for this is based on your own bank policy.
