Hi guys. Looking for some advice on what might be going on.

I have 5 o2 accounts, 2 phones and 3 iPads. 1 of the iPads is 2 years old and developed a fault.

I upgraded on Saturday/due Monday and paid £175 outstanding cost. On Monday nothing arrived. On Tuesday I rang to be told there was fraud on my account and the Fraud department had recalled the iPad from DPD and would call me when they have it back on Wednesday. I called Wednesday and everyone I spoke to treated me with the attitude that I've done something wrong.  IF I HAVE been a victim of fraud why have I received no texts, calls, emails or anything else since upgrading. Just told that they'll investigate and get back to me in 2 weeks. How can I commit fraud on myself and they refuse to help or speak to me. My sons birthday is the 19th, I used my spare money to replace his iPad, now I'm 175 out of pocket and no iPad and their attitude suggests they think im guilty, but apparently no one knows what exactly im guilty of.

@Djkhamby

Just to add this fall under the "tipping off" rules to do with fraud and as such o2 can't and won't tell you what exactly the issue is.

This is a set out in law "s93D of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 "
