It's been long time now that I'm trying to solve an issue with 02 they keep saying that I will receive a call within 48 hours but days and days are passing by.
Since may a game company is taking 4.5£every month. We managed to block this but nobody seems to help with the refund.
I have contacted the company but answer machine is answering and not calling back.
It's almost 100 pound and I want my money back.
I hope someone in this department can help as no live chat and not customer service were able to help.

Additionally please contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus  and ask them to place these bars on your account. It will stop this happening again

  • Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
  • Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc.)
