Fraud email

I’ve had 4 emails today 2 sending a 4 digit code and 1 off my care and 1 saying my order is on its way it says there sending a 4gb all round SIM card but yet I’ve not ordered nothing all the emails look genuine could this be fraud ?

Sounds as if someone may have ordered on your account.

It's too late to call O2 now, but do it first thing in the morning to check.

I'd also change your O2 password immediately.

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@Chelsea1 Are there any unauthorised charges on your credit or debit card? If you suspect there's been fraudulent activity on your account you should report it to the police: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
