I hate this company so much. I just want my contract to finish so I can move to three or giffgaff everytime I try to make a payment with 02. It's always says my card is declined. Even through I have enough funds I went to the bank they said that my card Is fine. And I've been making transactions perfectly so it's not my me its 02 yesterday I paid £50.00 to 02 the payment went through. The bank authorised it. I called 02 they said they hadn't received that payment. I advice everyone to use giffgaff or three. Best companies when I was with them I had no problems. And also great customer service.

Umm....GiffGaff is owned by O2. I suggest you speak to customer service again.

It can take upto 24 hours for payments to show on your account. I'm sure if you called this morning it would show as paid.
Do you really think o2 are out to scam you?

O2 have had issues with payment before but we understood this was all sorted now. As said it does take 24 hrs to update on your account.
