Hi all,
I contacted the customer service many times and I reported what happened to my o2 number. I have been at the o2 shop few times in the last month. It’s not clear for me what is going on and also for your operator. I reported a fraud about a device plan of iPhone 13 pro max a month ago which wasn’t ordered by me, I received many messages from o2 and other numbers (also from whatsapp) about this device, I reported and returned straight to you. Now on 12th May it’s been changed my tariff to 24M sim that cost 51£ per month, once again something that I wasn’t agreed and not ordered by me. I really appreciate if this time you can fix it, I tried to make a complaint already few times now, also because I am not able to make a change. I honestly think this is going to be last attempt.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
